What file formats can you use to put our logo on apparel or merchandise?
Vector-based artwork created in software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw. Acceptable formats include .eps, .ai, .cdr.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a decoration process that permanently dyes a wide variety of items using heat-sensitive ink. Examples include apparel, mugs and tumblers, tote bags.
What about set-up fees?
A set-up fee is a cost associated with creating a screen, die, plate, or other fixture used in machines to print your logo on the desired item.
Since each item has a unique imprint area, and imprint methods vary from item to item, it’s necessary to create fixtures for imprints every time you order an item for the first time. Each new fixture requires another set-up fee.
A set-up fee is not an artwork fee. Designing your artwork is an entirely different cost.
What goes into a set-up fee?
For screen-printed items, the set-up covers preparing a screen with the inverse of your logo on it, carefully cutting out the logo, and readying the ink.
For laser engraved items, it means calibrating your logo into the laser.
A digital printing set-up charge comprises uploading your image into the printer.
Heat transfer set-ups include printing your logo onto the transfer material and then transferring it onto your items. (Think a higher quality iron-on t-shirt transfer!)
What is a minimum order?
Many items do not have a minimum.
Can I bring my items in to be imprinted?
Yes, but please remember we typically use cotton or cotton blends and 100% polyester. However, we cannot ensure wash fastness is guaranteed. We recommend selecting from the thousands of items in our catalog so we can guarantee your print quality.
Can I get another item printed with my design later?
Absolutely! We keep customer files indefinitely. When you order, please provide your full name and a description of the design.
Who owns the artwork?
